Our Real Estate & Development team has acted on behalf of major developers and is frequently involved in complex and high profile transactions.
The opportunity
The role is for a lawyer with between 1-3 years’ PQE who is looking to work hard, deliver exceptional quality work, who can bring energy and enthusiasm and wants to secure a key role in a growing property practice.
The successful applicant will be involved in a broad spectrum of commercial real estate and development matters, including acquisition and disposals, project delivery agreements and development management agreements, option deeds, joint ventures and some commercial and retail leasing. There is a high level of client contact and autonomy from day one.
The role will suit a lawyer with:
- 1-3 years’ PQE gained within a real estate practice at a reputable firm.
- Strong academic results.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Pro-active and an ability to manage their own case load.
- High energy and a team focus.
