Andrew is an associate in our Real Estate and Development team with over 4 years’ experience working across all facets of property law, including several notable major Sydney developments. Since originally joining the firm as a paralegal in 2016, Andrew’s career within BWL has steadily progressed to graduate, then to lawyer and more recently to the position of associate. Andrew regularly acts for major property developers and high net worth investors across a range of acquisitions, disposals, leases, structured property transactions, complex due diligence and high volume OTP sales. Andrew also acts for a range of lenders and borrowers where he advises on various types of loan facilities, structuring arrangements and securities in the property finance space.
