Tatjana is a consultant in our Construction & Infrastructure team. She is an experienced German lawyer with expertise in renewable energy law and high-profile litigation cases. Tatjana has acted for various multinational corporations in major project litigation and arbitration. Tatjana is also a respected thought leader and has published widely on renewable energy issues and civil procedure.

Before joining the firm, Tatjana worked as a lawyer at a top-tier internationally recognised law firm in Berlin, Germany.

Experience

  • Advised several developers, engineers, contractors and subcontractors regarding renewable energy projects including in relation to Germany’s Renewable Energy Act.
  • Advised plant manufacturers and renewable energy production companies regarding administrative and construction issues in Germany in relation to solar farms, wind parks and biogas plants.
  • Advised and represented a major cable network operator and multimedia and telecommunications provider in Germany with regard to all commercial litigation matters.
  • Advised companies on investment controlling and project management relating to the development of solar power systems for commercial and private use.
