Malcolm is an experienced major project litigator who has successfully represented clients in some of Australia’s high profile legal cases. Malcolm has over 30 years’ litigation experience and he is well known for his expertise in professional negligence and indemnity, as well as for general commercial disputes. He has acted for engineers, architects, developers, as well as on litigation involving infrastructure, such as road and rail. He understands the spectrum of construction project insurance issues – from professional indemnity, public and product liability, contract works, home warranty and project specific policy issues.
Experience
- Acting for architects, engineers, lawyers, financial planners, accountants and medical practitioners in professional negligence proceedings.
- Representing clients on rail and road transport claims, including the 1998 Robertson train accident.
