BWL were the lead advisors to major Australian developer Billbergia Pty Ltd, in its hotel sale to a Singaporean hotel operator. The 252-room hotel component will form part of what will be North Sydney’s tallest tower which will also include a restaurant, roof top bar and commercial space.
The BWL team was led by Managing Partner, Danny Arraj and supported by Senior Associate, Melanie Howard. BWL are delighted to be involved and assisting their long standing client with this key project in North Sydney.
