Andrew is a partner at Blackstone Waterhouse who leads the Real Estate and Development and Banking and Finance teams. With over a decade of legal experience and having joined Blackstone Waterhouse in 2016, Andrew has regularly acted for major property developers and high net-worth property investors across a range of acquisitions, disposals, leases, structured property transactions, complex due diligence and high-volume OTP sales.
In addition, Andrew acts for secured lenders and borrowers across diverse funding transactions. His comprehensive commercial understanding of financial intricacies enables him to provide strategic counsel and facilitate seamless transactions for his clients.
